KT-2 Pro
The KT-2Pro will incorporate the next generation of KingTiger's patented Behavioral Test Technology (BTT). BTT taps the signals from the Memory Bus of a target application and uses those signals as test patterns as part of a test plan. With the latest evolution in BTT, test engineers will be able to use laptops, desktops, servers or other real life digital applications as pattern generators for the KT-2Pro. When combined with the speed and power of the KT-2Pro, KingTiger will be able to offer unprecedented levels of test accuracy, compatibility and value. Since all new DDR2 devices are likely to be BGAs, the ability to prescreen these devices for system compatibility before module assembly will generate tremendous module rework savings.
KT-1 Test System
The King Tiger Tester is the first commercial tester to have the BTT option. The base tester is a high performance algorithmic unit capable of running all of the industry standard march patterns as well as leakage and current testing. Features like user programmability, timing and voltage control, SPD programming, data logging and pattern editing are all part of the base unit. Add the BTT option and this tester is capable of catching virtually any failing memory device or module. The recent addition of 3 Dimensional Shmoo Plot capability and 440 MHz DDR make the King Tiger Test System the industry leader in DDR testing. KT-2 Test System
The KT-2 represents the latest technology in testing DDR2 and DDR technology. Testing with true double data rate cycles at speeds Beyond 533 MHz, the KT-2 combines ATE programming technique, and BTT Technology. The KT-2 features support for registered and unbuffered modules as well as BGA devices. Tiger Claw software provides an easy to use interface for setting up test plans using programmable timing and voltage. Engineering features like three dimensional Shmoo plot are also available for the KT-2 which has begun shipping in December of 2003.
KT-Auto Test System
The KT-Auto utilizes the technology upon which the KT-1 is based to test up to 128 devices in parallel. Additional features including advanced binning software and interface for the Advantest M6541AD device handler are now available.
