King Tiger Technology, Inc is announcing test support on its KT-3series testers for modules based on MetaRAM’s MetaSDRAMtm technology. Support is being implemented via standard software release and is available to all KingTiger customers currently under warranty or service contract for their KT3series testers. KingTiger will have a working demonstration of the MetaSDRAMtm test support at the Intel Developers Forum (IDF) in San Francisco at Moscone Center from September19th to 21st in booth 531.

KingTiger is announcing that it has chosen to use Test Contactors from Johnstech International for testing DDR3 DIMMs and SODIMMs on their new KT-3series Testers. KingTiger has designed-in Johnstech’s Edge 400a Series Contactors for both DIMM and SODIMM DDR3 fixtures and will be demonstrating this technology alliance at the Intel Developers Forum (IDF) at Moscone Center in San Francisco August 19th—21st in Booth 530.

King Tiger Technology, Inc is announcing test support on its KT-3 series testers for Inphi's new line of low power DDR3 registers. Memory modules built with Inphi's new INSSTE32882LV-GS01 low power register will be fully supported for functional, parametric and custom tests, even at the reduced voltage levels. KingTiger will have a demonstration of this technology at the Intel Developers Forum (IDF) in San Francisco at Moscone Center from August 19th to 21st in booth 531.

King Tiger Technology, Inc is announcing test support on its KT-3series testers for IDT's new line of low power DDR3 registers. Memory modules built with the IDT DDR3 registers will be fully supported on the KT-3series testers for functional, parametric and custom tests. KingTiger will have a demonstration of this technology at the Intel Developers Forum (IDF) in San Francisco at Moscone Center from August 19th to 21st in booth 531.
