Support is being implemented via standard software release and is available to all KingTiger customers currently under warranty or service contract for their KT3series testers. KingTiger will have a working demonstration of the MetaSDRAMtm test support at the Intel Developers Forum (IDF) in San Francisco at Moscone Center from September19th to 21st in booth 531.

KingTiger has combined a traditional ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) style tester with their new, patented Behavioral Test Technology (BTT) to produce a revolutionary new test system for testing memory semiconductors. The ATE section of the KT-3series testers offers advanced programming features and high frequency testing on DDR2 and DDR3 devices and modules. The KT-3series of testers is available in single site and 8-site configurations for module testing and up to 128 sites in parallel for device testing. The BTT component of the machine enables test engineers to use actual applications such as PC's and servers as test pattern generation sources, thus more closely replicating a real world test condition.
