KingTiger's KT - 3 P IS the company's latest ATE (Automated Test Equipment) to offer both device and module testing capability, with up to 256 DUT capacity testing in parallel. The KT-3P is a full featured 1.6GHz DDR3 tester that offers advanced programming features in a compact and energy efficient package.
The KT-3P is an excellent engineering tool and is highly scalable for production. Available in multiple device and module configurations, the KT-3P is compatible with handlers for high volume applications.
